Ms. Maria is thrilled to be joining the music staff at New Cottage Arts. Performing arts education is the heart of her training from Moores School of Music, University of Houston, and The Aspen Music Festival and School. Ms. Maria offers classes in voice, guitar, piano, violin, and ukulele. Students will also learn music theory and composition, and Ms. Maria incorporates all modern genres to give a well-rounded curriculum.
After 23 years in opera, musical theatre, religious communities, and community theatre, Ms. Maria has helped develop beginning students into professionals. Music is a language that speaks to everyone, and finding one’s voice or instrument is a joyous life-long journey. Ms. Maria is committed to inspiring and developing artists in the Denver community.
