Meet Carina – a dedicated professional with a passion for fostering connection, creativity, and positive change. With experience in the nonprofit and arts sectors, Carina brings a thoughtful approach to community engagement, collaboration, and social justice.
As an Art Administrator, Carina has worked with museums and cultural institutions, building expertise in diversity training, conflict resolution, social and emotional learning and team building. These experiences have helped her navigate challenges with empathy and create welcoming spaces where diverse voices are valued and included.
Carina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts: Studio Art with a concentration in Digital and Photography Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder. This academic foundation shapes her perspective, blending creativity with a commitment to meaningful, community-centered work.
As she joins the New Cottage Arts team as Program Manager Carina is eager to contribute their skills, learn from others, and support shared goals. They are excited to collaborate, grow, and help make a positive impact together.
